• Two welded, rectangular members make up the frame; one holds the reel, the other props up the frame

• Members are hinged together near the top allowing the entire frame to fold flat for compact storage

• Front member has smooth-moving bearings and a removable spindle for fast reel changes

• A keeper on the spindle prevents accidental disengagement

• All exposed parts are painted for extra weather protection

• Will accommodate the Corning FlexNap™ cable drums
