This tool is designed to be used with our extension handles to cut copper or aluminum overhead wires up to 1/2 in. (13 mm) diameter.

• A pull chain runs over a pulley on the blade lever, connecting the lever to the base.

• To set up the cutter, attach a rope to the ring at the end of the pull chain and mount the cutter on a head section and handle.
