This series of reusable air-tight molded couplings was introduced specifically to replace expensive two piece removable metal couplings. The couplings are injection molded of a UV protected glass fiber reinforced nylon, and are ideally suited for both aerial and underground applications with today's blown fiber technology. The couplings are reusable, removable, lightweight, and seal completely to 200 lbs. psi.

• The coupling body, rubber gasket and stainless steel fasteners are essentially impervious to corrosion.

• No special tools are required to install the couplings except a battery powered or hand held nut driver.

• The part weight of the 1" plastic coupling is only 4 oz. compared to 2 lbs. for a removable 1" aluminum coupler

• To reuse, remove the 2 plastic halves of the coupling and carefully cut the gasket. The coupling can then be reused with a new rubber gasket.
