Jamb Skids

Used to support quadrant blocks and sheaves when pulling cable through underground conduit.

• Lightweight, constructed primarily of aluminum

• Corrosion Resistant

• Top Swivels for easier placement within vault.

• Includes (2) 1-5/16 in. (33 mm) diameter locking pins (71717) to lock the jamb skid height and secure the sheave or quadrant block

• Accepts all GMP sheaves and quadrant blocks with widths up to 7 in. (178 mm)

• Includes a base unit to accept the upper extensions

• Do not exceed 10,000 lbs. cable tension when using the short or intermediate extension.

• Do not exceed 5,000 lbs. cable tension when using the long extension.
