Whether
you're working in a bucket or on the ground, GMP sunshades give you
fast shelter from the sun. GMP offers a choice of rugged umbrellas
and a complete line of accessories that provide maximum mounting and
angle-adjustment flexibility.
Choose between our Model D Umbrella for standard use or our Dielectric Umbrella (Rated to 40 kV per ASTM D-149) to reduce the potential of electrical shock when working near power wires. To
make your umbrella even more useful, our optional Umbrella Angle Adapter (P/N
71572) provides five tilt-angle adjustment settings for maximum protection no
matter where the sun is located. This adapter can be offered with a One-Piece
24 in. (609.6 mm) Pole Extension (P/N 71647) or with a Two-Piece Pole Extension
set (P/N 71640), giving you a full 45 inches (1.125 M) of pole length.
For protection while working at ground level, we offer a sturdy Tripod Umbrella
Kit
(P/N 71649) that features weighted-leg construction. The kit comes complete
with a durable storage bag.
For weather protection while working aloft, a convenient Bucket Holder (P/N
28210)
pole attachment is available for securely mounting your umbrella to any flat
bucket surface (requires P/N 71647 Angle Adapter
with
one-piece pole extension. The Umbrella's lower pole is not to be used in the
bucket holder.).Bucket

• A tough plastic 68 in. (173 cm) dia. umbrella cover is colored safety
yellow on the top (custom company logos available)
• A reflective white underside cuts down on interior heat absorption
and is vinyl-coated; nylon rib-end pockets keep the frame from tearing the cover
• Self-sealing waterproofed, waxed stitching and improved construction,
using a nylon sleeve and rib retainers for attaching the frame's six collapsible
ribs
• The frame's collapsible fiberglass ribs connect at a ring-type lock
that slides along the pole as you open or close the umbrella
• To lock the ring, just slide it over the set pin in the pole, and
rotate it
• The 43 in. (109 cm) long wooden pole has a male ferrule so you can
attach the 29 in. (74 cm) extension section for a height of 6 ft. (1.83 m)
• When working near power wires choose the dielectric umbrella to reduce
potential sources of electrical shock (see O.S.H.A. statement)
