Avoid Dial-Gauge Reading Errors With Fail-Proof Digital-Readout Pressure Gauges

General Machine Products Co., Inc. (GMP) offers two digital gauges that provide fast, precise pressure readings at telephone cables, splice closures or leaking plugs. Large, bright, solid-state-driven LED displays provide an accuracy unchallenged by user-interpreted dial gauges, and lightweight, water-resistant, molded high-impact polymer housings assure field-worthy ruggedness. They are available in two configurations, both offering a measuring range of 0-19.9 psi. The in-line Model 04100 has a three-digit display accurate to 0.1 psi. The ball-type Model 04300 has a four-digit display accurate to 0.01 psi, providing the added degree of precision demanded by leak localization procedures and for graphing leaks.

These gauges operate on a single 9V battery, and feature a 75-hour battery enhanced by an automatic shutoff feature that engages if the display is unchanged for extended periods. A low battery (LOBAT) display reminds you to replace the battery. The gauges measure just 4 x 3 in. (102 x 76 mm) and weigh just 1.2 lb (.5 kg) each. An adjustable shoulder strap and an 18-inch (46 mm) hose with quick-connect Schrader-type locking air chuck are included.
