Meet the GMP Sales Team

Ted Clemens, Director of Sales -- Ted was originally responsible for GMP sales in the Northeastern U.S., and subsequently held the titles of Senior Sales Representative and Sales Manager. He joined GMP in 1986 after working for two years for Graybar Electric, in New York and Los Angeles. Ted holds a BS degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University.

Gustavo (Gus) R. Padron, Director for Latin America -- Gus is responsible for all of GMP's sales and marketing activities in Latin America. Gus has over 17 years of experience in South America. His engineering projects cover both the private and public sectors, and include the construction of almost 600 single- and multi-unit dwellings and the urbanization and installation of services to those units. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.

Edward Wu (Wu Xiao), Sales Far East -- Representing GMP in China from its Shanghai Sales Office, Edward is in charge of business development and marketing activities in PRC. He has more than 8 years of working experience in the telecommunications and CATV industries, in both the US and China. Edward co-founded Telligent Marketing Consultants in Shanghai and also serves as an independent advisor for telecommunications and internet industries at Gerson Lehrman Group, New York. Edward holds a MS degree in Finance and a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bob Young, Sales and Applications Engineer -- Bob's responsibilities cover product development, field trials, and sales for GMP's entire line of tools and products marketed worldwide to the telecommunications, power utility and cable television industries. His 30-year career began immediately after his honorable discharge from the military in 1969, when he joined the Pacific Telephone Company as a telephone lineman. Bob then advanced to product-development, sales and marketing at Mobile Tool International, Westminster, CO. He has served in the U.S. Marine Corps. and was awarded several commendations, including a Presidential Unit Citation with a Bronze Star. Bob also holds three U.S. patents related to cable stringing and cable placing apparatus.

Frank V. Zaccone, Senior Sales Representative -- Frank is responsible for all sales activity throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-Western States. Frank has been with GMP for the past 18 years (1986) and has worked extensively in all aspects of sales and customer support. Frank has been heavily involved in sales, technical support, new product development, field trials, and product standardization while managing his territory and beyond. Frank also works the various trade shows throughout the country, travels to visit with end users, and calls on contractors jointly with our distributors. Frank holds a BA in Business Adminstration from Beaver College.

Chuck Ruchis, Sales Associate -- Chuck provides technical support and coordination for all customer repairs. He is also responsible for the Adams Winch & truck accessory product line offered by GMP. Chuck is an 8 year veteran at GMP who also participates in product development, trade show and some travel activity. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Delaware Valley College.

Frank McKeown, Customer Service Manager Associate

Frank McKeown, Customer Service Manager -- Frank is responsible for the Customer Service department and provides technical support for all the GMP product lines. He is also responsible for the planning and coordinating the manufacturing of the Adams Winch & truck accessory product line offered by GMP. A second generation employee in his 32nd year at GMP, Frank has work experience in virtually every department in the company.

Russ Risko, Marketing Communications -- Russ is responsible for the creative development and coordination of all advertising, marketing and public relations on behalf of GMP. His relationship with GMP has spanned more than 25 years and involves nearly every aspect of communications. Russ holds a BFA degree in Marketing Communications from Temple University.
