The receiver is an industry standard locator and provides fast, accurate and reliable providing repeatability locating with detectable duct rods or sondes.

The receiver features a high-contrast, backlit LCD screen that provides the user with clear information. The intuitive and responsive interface is designed so the operator can access features with ease.

Genny 4 Transmitter

Transmitter – Genny4®

The transmitter, an industry standard, is used with the the receiver to find, follow and map traceable duct rod. The transmitter provides an industry standard 33 kHz signal. The transmitter is ergonomically designed and has a lightweight, well-balanced case.

The base tray also provides storage for accessories.

The transmitter comes standard with direct connection leads and a ground spike.

Sonde

The sonde is a small self-contained transmitter that connects to the end of the duct rod. The sonde will help trace the duct route and can also locate duct blockages or collapses.

The sonde’s 33kHz signal is picked up by the receiver. The sonde is only 0.7″ in diameter, so it will fit into most inner ducts.

The sonde, depending on conditions, can be located up to 13 feet below grade

The sonde missile safely carries the Sonde P/N 88283 through a duct with compressed air in order to test the integrity of a duct or precisely locate a blockage.
